Cancellation Policy
This business enforces a deposit policy on all services and reserves the right to retain the deposit for any no shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the deposit is retained.
The deposit is retained if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive on time for your appointment, the deposit will be applied to your bill and you will be expected to pay the remainder of your fees in full once the service is completed.
